On World Mental Health Day, our young minds dove into the world of mental well-being through engaging stories, inspiring videos and an interactive session with guest speaker – Ms. Kiran. Our guest speaker lit up the day with powerful messages about self-care and resilience, reminding us that it’s okay to talk about our feelings.
They stretched their minds and bodies with fun exercises and calming yoga poses, learning how movement can help manage stress and boost happiness! With each mindful breath, they discovered the power of staying present and positive.
