At Fazlani L’Academie Globale it is our continuous attempt to sensitise our children towards the community and thus we started the new year with a ‘Sweet Charity:Cupcakes for a Cause’ on Thursday,11th January.
Our grade 9 students curated a cupcake sale and the funds raised through this collection were donated to the Bombay Institution for Deaf & Mutes, the oldest facility for the differently-abled in all of Asia established in 1885.
It was truly delightful to watch our Middle School children partake in the act of kindness and indulge in the sweet treat while being conscious of the fact that the proceeds would enable us to sprinkle joy to a section of the society.
We witnessed the quote “Let’s make the world a better place, one cupcake at a time” come alive on this day.
