Reviving Heritage: A Leap into Tradition on PYP Spirit Day

This National Sports Day, we turned back the clock with an exciting PYP Spirit Day, dedicated to the joys of our traditional games.

The playground came alive as students hopped into the world of Langdi, raced in the thrilling chases of Kho Kho, and carefully navigated the colourful grids of Hopscotch. Atya Patya, with its strategic dodging and quick movements, added an extra layer of excitement, testing both our agility and wit. These games, rich in history and fun, became our bridge to the past, connecting us with the simpler joys cherished by all.

The day was more than just play; it was a celebration of heritage, where every leap, sprint and hop rekindled a love for these age-old treasures. Laughter echoed as friendships deepened and we rediscovered the magic of these timeless games, not just as activities but as threads weaving us into the tapestry of our culture.
