Special Leadership Gift Of Each Enneagram Style
Our secondary and high school FLAG faculty members enjoyed a professional development session on ‘The Enneagram Spectrum’ led by Mr. Dexter Valles on Friday 1st July 2022.
Mr. Dexter Valles is an Industry consultant, with expertise in the area of leadership. emotional intelligence personality and behavioural sciences. He has 34 years of experience and has written 9 books on these subjects.
The key takeaways of this workshop were:
- Each participant can now explain and understand their behaviour in terms of 4 styles from the 9 styles of the Enneagram. These styles impact our teachers in the way they teach and lead the learning in the class room.
- Be Supporters and not rescuer as teachers.
- Be an integrator because everyone has something useful to contribute to the learning process.
This half a day workshop was a great beginning for our teachers as they get ready to welcome the senior students for the Academic Year 2022-2023.
