The Art Exhibition ‘Surrealism Synthesised’ curated by the young artists across the middle, secondary and high school sections of Fazlani L’Academie Globale under the guidance and mentorship of the art facilitators was an ethereal and enriching experience.
Held on Monday, 23 October at the Cymroza Art Gallery, the exhibition was an amalgamation of creative expressions splashing from our students heads,hearts and hands to form strokes, patterns, shapes making it a scrumptious delight for an artistic appetite.
The student presenters ensured to explicitly share the interpretations of the art work and leave the audience with thoughts to ponder upon.The aim of every creation was to explore beyond the obvious to and view it from one’s own perspective, thus resonating differently for all. The range spread from 3D models to sculptures,optical illusions and achromatic displays covering many mediums and styles. A unique element of fun was weaved into the photo booth wherein a live model posed with the audience to create a photo memory.
It was truly a space wherein the quote ‘a true artist is not one who is inspired but one who inspires others’ was witnessed in its exuberance and full glory.
