An investiture ceremony is the best beginning to a school year. This ceremony is a solemn occasion wherein all the young students are excited to don the mantle of leadership and carry this responsibility with utmost dedication and discipline.
The junior and senior ‘student council’ of Fazlani L’ Academie Globale were inducted into their leadership positions at the Investiture Ceremony held on Tuesday, 23rd August at the Hall of Harmony (Worli).
To inculcate leadership qualities and give students a feel of functioning we started the entire selection process with heart-warming persuasive speeches held during school hours, followed by a democratic voting procedure which ultimately formed the school student council of the year 2022 – 2023.
The air carried the feeling of ‘with great power comes great responsibility’ as the students were solemnly sworn into their positions. The ceremony was presided over by the Chief Guest Mrs Sweta Chaudhary, a dynamic personality,who holds the title of Ambassador for Swachh Bharat Mission, Mrs Eco International, Mrs Earth People’s Choice for the year 2018 – 2019 and Mrs India Earth for 2017.
The school’s leadership team were elated with a feeling of pride and a sense of confidence that they had reposed in the newly elected council. The ceremony welcomed speeches given by our leadership team on the challenges and success of leaders and the key qualities required for effective leadership.
The investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers and we are sure that our student council body will not let us down. Further, the entire aura in the hall was filled with enthusiasm as our parents and staff members congratulated the newly elected student council of Fazlani L’Academie Globale for the academic year 2022 – 2023.
