The Investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of accountability, they also pledge to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities.
The 16th Investiture Ceremony at FLAG was held with lots of zeal and zest on Friday, 17th September 2021. The program commenced with blessings and guidance on leadership through speeches delivered by the school managing trustee Mr Iqbal Fazlani, followed by the Head of School Mrs Arwa Baldiwala.
The most impactful words came from the chief guest of the day, Mr Nitin Padte, a passionate educationist with 25 years of experience in the field of academia. A talk on leadership delivered by our school academic director Mr Hosh was most inspiring for the student community.
A skit and a poem on leadership, followed by reflections on community projects led by senior students, only further reiterated the school ethos which proudly believes, “FLAG is a place where leaders evolve.” Our hearts swelled, during the oath-taking ceremony, where we witnessed pride and confidence in each of our student council leaders for the academic year 2021 – 2022.
Heartiest congratulations to this young promising team that comprises of the – Head Boy – Khyaan Shah, Head Girl – Tvisha Kavedia and Sports Captain – Aarav Punamiya. Followed by the house captains and vice-captains for Challengers (Rheea Kavedia & Bilal Fazlani), Explorers (Aesha Nandu & Yahyaa Fazlani) , Discoverers (Prisha Gala & Mustafa Motorwala) and Navigators (Tithee Jain & Mukti Kothari).
