Spreading Sweet Smiles…
International Chocolate Day is celebrated on July 7th every year as it was on this date in 1550 that chocolate was first brought to Europe. The first World Chocolate Day was celebrated in 2009.
The students of Grade 6 at Fazlani L’Academie Globale spread the message of love and appreciation on this special day. ‘Spreading Sweet Smiles’ was their motto. They expressed their gratitude to the people who have always been around and helped, doing all their daily chores with a radiant smile and cheer. So often they go unnoticed, but that doesn’t deter them from their duty. They were taken by surprise when our students gifted them chocolates as a small gesture of respect and letting them know how much they mean to them.
