Fazlani L’Academie Globale organised the Inter House English Elocution Competition for the students of grades 6 & 7 on Tuesday 28th March.
The participants had everyone enthralled with their performances of some very engaging extracts selected from works of renowned authors. It was a delight to watch each one at their eloquent best while exhibiting great confidence.The costumes and props enhanced the acts and left everyone amused and emotional .
Miss Deepa Bhushan, the judge for the event was very impressed and stated that it was quite challenging to narrow down the finalists as she felt each one in their own right was brilliant.
‘Language Skills Award ’certificates were awarded to the winners in the top three positions,whereas certificates of participation were presented to all those who performed and points were added to the houses with the maximum scores.
Head of School, Miss Arwa acknowledged the efforts of the Drama Teacher whose committed passion has enhanced the speech and drama skills of the students.
Proud parents and teachers all posing excitedly for photographs after the event was a warm sight to behold.
