The lesson on plant and animal cells was well understood by the students of grade 6 as a part of their Biology class . They explained the functions of organelles by preparing edible cells using jelly,candies,chocolates,pizzas,puddings. The learning culminated as the students feasted on the treats,making it a flavourful fun class.

Arjunveer Gupta,(grade 12) represented Maharashtra at the 48th Junior National Aquatic Championship held at Bhubaneshwar. Students of Grade 7 visited Forganic Farm which enabled them to gain a deeper understanding about the concept of Biodiversity in an ecosystem for conservation, restoration and how to manage the biodiversity loss due to various human activities. The middle school students at FLAG celebrated Friendship Day on Saturday ,23rd July with great zeal and zest . The theme for the celebration- Brewing the friendship bond between daddy and you was well received by parents and students which reflected in their smiles, participation and enthusiasm . The Biology students of grades 9 &10 had visited the Maharashtra nature park today. They explored the lush biodiversity that thrives in the heart of our city . Students, learnt how to be sustainable through examples given of turning a dumping ground into the nature park. They further deep dived into the topic of classification
