At Fazlani L’Academie Globale we believe that positive reinforcement is one of the easiest and most effective ways to boost student morale and performance. Our initiative of ‘handling non-negotiables with positive reinforcement’ with respect to discipline was a successful one and after a vigilant observation by the teachers ‘The Best Class’ for term 2 was awarded to grade 6A.
The students and the homeroom teachers were treated to a cake and a master certificate along with a special fun day filled with games and snacks. Certainly a wonderful way to motivate young learners and we are sure it will indirectly serve as a tool for their growth and development in the future.
