Benjamin Franklin Day

“Well done is better than well said.” – Benjamin Franklin, one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, was born on January 17, 1706, in Boston, Massachusetts. He is remembered as one of the most versatile and accomplished figures of the American Enlightenment, whose ideas, inventions, and contributions to the founding of the USA have left a lasting legacy. Therefore, his birthday is celebrated as Benjamin Franklin Day. At Fazlani L’Academie Globale, we also celebrated Benjamin Franklin Day on 17/01/2024. The students of grade 8 prepared an informative PowerPoint presentation and presented a small skit showcasing his important inventions. Following that, students participated in a fun quiz to enhance their learning.
