The initiative of the life skills education ‘101,’ taken up by our very own grade 12 students at FLAG finally came to an end with Innovation and Design Thinking life skill. The students successfully imparted knowledge to the students of grade 8 and 9

‘NO POVERTY’. Students learnt that the rise in poverty is not only unfair but it also hightens the inequality which in turn weakens social cohesion and severely hampers the countries economic growth. Students were divided into groups as they worked towards solutions like, quality education or sponsoring a child’s basic education or to motivate people

It was an exceptionally stimulating Thursday morning as the alumni of FLAG were welcomed to their ALMA MATER to share their career related experiences with the students of  grades 11 and 12. The lesson on plant and animal cells was well understood by the students of grade 6 as a part of their Biology class . They explained the functions of organelles by preparing edible cells using jelly,candies,chocolates,pizzas,puddings. The learning culminated as the students feasted on the treats,making it a flavourful fun class.

Waste isn’t waste until we waste it. And fashion can be a universal player in ensuring the minimisation of waste, and helping the planet grow towards a more sustainable future. We at FLAG strongly encourage our students to understand the true meaning of being environmentally conscious, and work towards sustainable development goals for our planet

Arjunveer Gupta,(grade 12) represented Maharashtra at the 48th Junior National Aquatic Championship held at Bhubaneshwar.
