The FLAG Interact Club organized a Bone Density Workshop for the auxiliary staff of the school, combining both awareness and care. The session began with an informative talk highlighting the importance of bone health, early detection of osteoporosis, and preventive measures through diet, exercise, and lifestyle choices. This was followed by a Bone Density Check-Up, enabling the staff to gain valuable insights into their own health. The initiative reflected the Club’s commitment to community service, ensuring that the school’s support staff also benefit from wellness opportunities.
