Middle School Theatrics

The Middle School drama showcase ‘Theatrics’ held on Wednesday 16th October was nothing short of the brilliance of the spoken word.

The performances included ‘Poems Come Alive’ by the students of  grade 6 that were recited with much confidence along with  the use of costumes and props, and the humour of the poems left the parents and teachers in the audience in splits.

The students of grade 7 portrayed sensitive topics through their radio and stage play, with a timing so perfect that marked the excellence of coordination required for group acts.

The Choral recitation by the students  of grade 8 highlighted the eloquence of our students, what with all of them reciting in unison , with perfectly memorised text and  bang on vocal sound effects to add to the mesmerising pieces shedding light on the freedom struggle and the city of Mumbai in the most unique manner.

We are certain that every performance held the audience captivated, as was evident from the expressions of every person present in the room!

This event showcased minimalist resources and backdrops, allowing the true highlight to be the incredible talent and skills on display. Bravo to Middle School!
