The morning of Monday, October 14th 2024 saw yet another beautiful chapter added to the history of the Fazlani L’Academie Globale stronghold with the official induction of the FLAG Interact Club office bearers.
Prestigious members of the Rotary Club of Bombay Bayview – Chief Guest Avenue Chair Youth Service Rotarian Mr. Panakaj Patharphod, President Ms. Rajani Barasia, Club Secretary Ms. Rackhee Mehta, Rotarian Apurva Shah, Rotarian Urvi Mody, Sps. Insiya Jasdenwala and Sps. Ritu Kabra were present on the occasion.
Present on the occasion were also the School Leadership Team; Head of School Ms. Arwa, Academic Director Sir Hosh and Principal of Early Years Ms. Mahera Goel as well as parents of the FLAG Interact Club Members.
Headgirl Ruqaiyyah Neemuchwala conducted the proceedings of the event.
The event began with the recitation of the National Anthem followed by the auspicious lighting of the lamp, and a short Cultural program put together by the students of FLAG.
For the formal Induction Ceremony, the Chief Guest invited the incoming President, Naavya Bafna to handover to her the prestigious Charter, her collar, the Gong and Gavel .
The Board of Directors were introduced , followed by the pinning of each and every member who then took a pledge, to commit to and honour the roles and responsibilities laid upon them by virtue of their posts and positions.
The Interact Charter President presented her vision and plans for the year, followed by addresses from all the dignitaries present.
The ceremony concluded with the FLAG Interact Club Secretary, Zainab Patca making Secretarial Announcements, followed by the Formal Vote of Thanks by the FLAG Interact Club Vice President, Sarah Patel.
All present for the event were invited to partake of flavourful snacks while informally mingling to INTERACT with one another.
The meticulous execution of the morning’s programme was testimony of the energy and spirit the members of the FLAG Interact Club exude. We await to see this enthusiastic and motivated team showcase their best efforts in all their endeavours.
