Vivaan is presently pursuing his Masters of Law (LLM) degree with a double major in International Law and Justice and US Law from Fordham University, School of Law, New York.
In the month of May’ 23, Vivaan began interning at the Permanent Mission of Afghanistan to the United Nations. His role is – Advisor to the Permanent Representative of Afghanistan to the UN. Along the way, Vivaan also had some incredible opportunities in this role – he was present at the 9th International Day of Yoga, which took place at the UN HQ in New York, where a world record was broken. He interacted with our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji and Minister of External Affairs, Shri Jaishankar ji as well. A speech drafted by him was read out in the UN Security Council.
Vivaan was also invited to attend the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Rome statute which established the International Criminal Court, where he met with the President of the court and all the judges among others.
