At Fazlani L’Acadamie Globale,World Chocolate Day was celebrated with the middle school students on Friday, 7th July.
Our students bonded over the flavours of chocolate through activities that encouraged them to understand the essence of the sweet delight as a means of expression.The inter-class competition included getting creative by preparing a chocolate bouquet with a message and an acrostic (a -choc-stic) poem that would bring out and signify the relevance of spreading joy, kindness, respect and love through sweetness.
The Just Be Kind (JBK) Club students conducted a presentation elaborating on the history of Chocolate day and added a few fun facts about chocolate .
Grade 7 B was judged as the winner for the best chocolate bouquet and the best acrostic poem award went to Grade 6 B, with Grade 8 B qualifying as the runner ups. However, we are certain that the event left a very good taste for all that will linger on and spread love in the classrooms and corridors of our school.
