We received an overwhelming response of talented and enthusiastic students who went through an audition, which made the eliminations extremely tough for the judges.
The students performed with confidence and flair. Their choice of poems was delightful, witty and rhythmic. They created a vivid picture in our minds which made their poetry come alive.
The esteemed guests of honour for the English Elocution Competition were Ms. Lubaina Bandukwala, children’s writer, editor and curator of kid literature festivals and Ms. Rakhee Chhabria, an educator, social entrepreneur and the founder of Teachers Help Teachers were delighted to watch and hear our students from Grade Sr. KG to Grade 5 speak loud and with pride.
The energy of the competition was vibrating our Multipurpose Hall with cheers, hoots and claps for their fellow mates. The vibe throughout was of passion, enthusiasm and positive competitive spirit.
