Students of Grade 1 had an interactive morning with the Guest Speaker Ms. Shefali Jhaveri, who is an architect and an ex-Flag parent.
Students gained a deep understanding of how to construct a building, the different tools used and the skills necessary to be an architect. They learned the importance of sustainable structures with solar panels, rainwater harvesting, etc.
Our little budding architects enthusiastically participated in the discussions with the Guest Speaker and thoroughly enjoyed the session.
