‘NO POVERTY’.
Students learnt that the rise in poverty is not only unfair but it also hightens the inequality which in turn weakens social cohesion and severely hampers the countries economic growth.
Students were divided into groups as they worked towards solutions like, quality education or sponsoring a child’s basic education or to motivate people and tap into their skills thus helping them rise above the poverty line.
Students presented their solutions through different story boards. The best story board belonged to the one who offered viable and effective solutions to SDG – 1.
The takeaway for our students through this interactive hands on activity was, “Let us together make every life matter and end poverty in all its form across the globe.”
