On Thursday, 6 August, our Grade 12 students took complete ownership of “Flavours Fest,” our Canteen Day enterprise. From crafting menus and setting prices to managing budgets, deadlines and real-time hiccups, they led from start to finish, with school supervision simply keeping things seamless. That’s Learning-By-Doing at its best … building something real and standing behind the results. Kudos to our young entrepreneurs for serving up passion and fantastic flavours to the school community!
