At FLAG we believe that education flourishes when schools and families walk together with a shared purpose.
Our Parent Partnership Programme for the Middle School began with a series of ‘Coffee Mornings’ marking the beginning of a meaningful partnership built on trust, communication and mutual respect.
The interactive sessions welcomed parents into the culture and ethos of our school with an insight into the unique developmental journey of the middle school years, emphasising the need for consistency of shared values between home and school.
Through engaging conversations, collaborative activities, and thoughtful reflections, parents understood the importance of becoming active partners towards creating a supportive community where every child feels seen and heard.
The sessions reinforced the idea that when parents and educators share the responsibility of nurturing with open communication and a common vision, children experience a stronger sense of belonging and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our main agenda as educators will always remain to strengthen this partnership through meaningful dialogue and continued collaboration, thus nurturing every child to reach their fullest potential .
