Mindful Moves, Stronger Minds
As part of our inquiry into the transdisciplinary theme “Who We Are”, our Grade 4 learners participated in an energizing session on physical well-being with Pilates instructor and wellness advocate, Ms. Saba Patel.
From core strength and breathing techniques to posture awareness and mind-body connection—our young learners explored the power of movement and its impact on a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
This hands-on session beautifully reinforced our central idea:
“Our thoughts, emotions, and mindset influence how we face challenges.”
