Celebrating the Magic of Stories on World Read Aloud Day! 
On February 5, 2025, we joined millions across the globe to celebrate the 15th anniversary of World Read Aloud Day (WRAD)—a movement founded by LitWorld in 2010 to honour the power of reading aloud in creating community, amplifying new voices, and advocating for literacy as a fundamental human right.
Our school transformed into a world of words as students from all grades came together for a day filled with storytelling, imagination and discovery! From engaging read-aloud sessions with teachers to peer storytelling circles, our young readers immersed themselves in the joy of books, bringing stories to life with every page turned.
Laughter, curiosity and wonder echoed through the halls, proving that books have the power to open minds, spark creativity and connect us all. As we mark this milestone WRAD, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering a lifelong love for reading.
