International Dot Day on September 15th saw students from Grades 6, 7, and 8 engaging in a creative activity. They adorned shape cutouts with dots, and through the collective efforts of both students and teachers, this project evolved into a beautiful art installation inspired by Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama’s iconic use of dots.
Everything starts with a dot’. On this International ‘Dot Day’ members of the Just Be Kind club encouraged their middle school peers to harness their creativity.
